Our Mission We strive to deliver the most efficient service in town. If you have experienced a problem or are not entirely satisfied with our service please inform us, so we can address the issues and rectify them.
At Action Cycles we take pride in our service. Our mechanics are experienced in all disciplines of riding and will help you get fixed up and back on the bike as soon as possible.
The service department is supervised by Mario and Garth. Who, believe it or not, will get their hands dirty, so speak to us if you feel that your bike needs some extra care.
We guarantee our work as well as take pride in it. If you are not satisfied with your current level of service, please let us know.
Busy Periods viz. Ironman, Ironman 70.3, Argus, Herald and other big events on the calendar.
Please note that our workshop can get rather busy over these times, so please remember to book your bicycles in for a service if you would like them back on the same day.
Please be advised that you need to give us at least 2 to 3 days warning prior to you bringing your bike in. Booking your bike in will ensure an improved service to you and ensure that it has priority over those that have not.
Often we upset customers by not being able to assist them, even for what seems to be the smallest thing. If you are one of those customers, we do apologise. However, we hope that you understand that it is only fair that customers that book their bikes in take priority.
If you need to have your bicycle/s serviced and you cannot get them to us, please feel free to us to arrange for collection and delivery.
Come in and talk to us so that we might give you an appropriate idea of what you might be spending. Remember it isn't how long you've owned the bicycle it is the amount of riding and style of riding your bike has been subjected to.
